Preface: Our organization has made the commitment to keeping staff and students safe.  We will continue to provide personal protective equipment (PPE) to those who have made the individual choice to continue masking.  This is a guide for YCOE staff to request the personal protective equipment.  Please be mindful that we do our best in procuring these supplies, at times some items there are backlogged items due to circumstances out of our control.

The PPE we provide is as follows:
  • Surgical masks
  • K-N95 Masks
  • N95's (for voluntary use)
  • See-my-smile masks
  • Gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Sanitizing/Disinfecting wipes
  • Face Shields
  • Disposable gowns


  1. If you have determined you have an individual need for PPE, please notify your supervisor/administrative support.
  2. Your supervisor/administrative support can then have a work order request submitted through the proper channels (Supervisor/admin guide - submitting a work order) that indicate the type and amount of PPE.  Some sites may carry a small inventory, please utilize that first.  
  • Please keep inventory requests limited to 1 month's supply
  • Please be mindful and group orders into one to consolidate deliveries. 
  • Do not include the individual's name in the work order.
  • Please be mindful of your site's supply and request items before they completely run out.
